Plant information
Botanote provides automated plant-identification suggestions and general care information. Results may be incomplete or wrong. Never use Botanote to determine whether a plant is edible, medicinal, poisonous, or safe for people or animals. Seek a qualified local expert for safety-critical decisions.
Botanote Plus
Available products and localized prices are displayed by Apple before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A Lifetime purchase provides access to the eligible Botanote Plus features available for the supported life of this app; it is not an auto-renewing subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the identification service, automate excessive requests, attempt to extract provider data in bulk, reverse engineer protected service components, or interfere with service availability. Plus identification is subject to reasonable-use controls designed to protect service reliability.
Availability
Identification and purchase verification depend on third-party services and internet access. Features may be updated, corrected, limited, or discontinued where reasonably necessary. Locally saved data may be lost if you delete the app or lose the device.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Botanote is provided “as is” without a guarantee that every identification or care suggestion is accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
